Golden State Triage

This facility is a 50 bed, low-barrier housing option for those who are currently experiencing homelessness. Offers food, shelter, hygiene supplies, case management, diversion services, and life skills training. GSTC has staff on site 24 hours a day to provide services, intakes, and respond to any crisis.

Bridge Point

Bridge Point is a 30-bed community-based transitional housing program for adults. Offers shelter, Case Management Services, Vocational Evaluation and Counseling, Substance Abuse Relapse Prevention, Mental Health Services, Psychosocial Assessment, Medication Monitoring, Money Management Assistance, Socialization and Recreational Services, Daily Living Skills Training, Permanent Housing Development. Referrals may be made directly to the program and are screened for acceptance by program staff.

Journey Home

Journey Home Room Key Hotel is a 76 Room facility on North Parkway Drive for low-barrier homeless individuals. Low barrier housing has no requirements concerning income, sobriety, or compliance with mental health treatment. Partners and pets are welcome, and storage space is available for their personal belongings. Offers food, shelter, hygiene supplies, case management, diversion services, mental health services, alcohol & drug treatment services, and life skills training. Referrals are made through the Fresno Madera Continuum of Care coordinated entry process.
