Hope Horizon Mental Health (HHMH) is a nonprofit children’s mental health clinic providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children and families in Tulare County. HHMH accepts Tulare County Medi-Cal and offers a full range of outpatient services, including individual, group, and family therapy; case management; psychiatry; and an array of specialized programs like Sexual Abuse Treatment (SAT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP), First Episode Psychosis (FEP) and more. With locations across Tulare County, our mission is to provide hope and healing by helping children and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and thrive.
