SENIOR RIDE PROGRAM: TaxiCard program provides a monthly subsidy for transportation to eligible Baltimore City residents who are 60 years or older or individuals with a physician verified disability. Registration is required, and must be updated every two years. The subsidy is income based and there is a monthly fee up to $12.
