Eligibility:
|
-Serves income eligible children (birth-18 years) without medical insurance
-Must live in a household with an income no more than 3 times the federal poverty level
-Must NOT be eligible for other health coverage such as Medi-Cal, Medicare, a job-based health plan, or financial help through Covered California.
