Application Process: Entry is conducted through the county-wide Coordinated Access System (CAS). In order to be prioritized and placed on the By-Name List (community-wide waitlist) for CAS-related housing services, individuals/families must complete a Housing Conversation Tool (HCT) assessment. Once on the list, individuals/families will be prioritized and matched with housing interventions based on vulnerability and program eligibility.

HCT assessments are conducted through a variety of community service providers for their existing program participants or community-wide through the 2-1-1 CAS Line (available seven days a week, 24 hours a day).
