Program Delivery
Eligibility: Low income senior age 60 and older and older; Income at or below 185% FPL
Application Process: Low income seniors receive Farmers' Market Nutrition Program checks through their town/city Social Service Directors or Municipal Agents for the Elderly; Eligibility guidelines are established by the federal government and individual eligibility is then determined by town/city social services; Contact local social services or municipal agent for the elderly office for more information
