Program Hours:
Los Rios: Check with each location listed for their hours of operation;
Sac RT Customer Service & Sales Center (Walk-in): Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5:30 pm;
Sac RT General Information & Trip Planning (By telephone): Monday through Friday, 6:30 am - 6:30 pm;
Sac RT Lost & Found: Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Students registered at Sacramento State University and Los Rios Colleges (American River College, Sac City College, Cosumnes River College, and Folsom Lake College). Passes are valid for one semester at a time.
Languages: Sign Language assistance is available through the Accessible Services department upon request, English
Application Process: Sacramento State students, your OneCard is covered by your registration fees, the OneCard in a plastic sleeve with current commuter sticker gives you fare-free access to all SacRT buses and light rail trains for the entire semester.


The Los Rios Universal Transit Pass (UTP) is available electronically. Students will use the SacRT ZipPass App to access their pass. To learn how to use your UTP, visit the Los Rios website.

Passes are valid for one semester at a time. The electronic pass will serve as valid fare to ride free on SacRT Bus, Light Rail, and SmaRT Ride all semester long. Eligible students will receive an email to set up their Transit Pass.

Students who do not have a smart phone or wish to receive an alternative version will be given that option.
