Description

DENTAL REFERRALS: Provides limited assistance for extractions only. The limit is two extractions per year or up to $150. Subject to change pending funding allocation. Dental referral is to the Baltimore City Health Department Dental Clinic. Individuals will be sent to Baltimore City Health Department for an assessment and after the assessment payment will be given to the Health Department. The Health Department will not begin treatment until payment is received.
