Description

PRESCRIPTION REFERRALS: Assistance available as voucher on a case-by-case basis to fill prescriptions. Help is available for select prescription medications for those who receive Medicaid and Medicare and have private insurance. The insurance companies must approve prescriptions. Prescription must be filled at the Gardenville Pharmacy, and the individual will take the prescription and voucher to Gardenville Pharmacy. Gardenville will deliver prescriptions to the Franciscan Center or the individual's home within a 15 mile radius.
