Description

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program offered for opioid and heroin use. Program uses either Buprenorphine (Suboxone®) or Naltrexone (Vivitrol®). Naloxone (Narcan®), a medication that saves lives by reversing the effects of an opioid overdose, is also available. Patients, friends and family members can receive a prescription for Naloxone as early as the initial evaluation. Medication is administered at the time of the overdose.
