Description

Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) operates temporary Community Resource Centers (CRCs) in Nevada County during Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) events. CRCs offer essential services to individuals impacted by power outages initiated for wildfire prevention.

Services include:

  • Providing bottled water
  • Offering charging stations for small electronic devices
  • Operating accessible restrooms
  • Offering seating and air-conditioned spaces, depending on location

CRCs are opened only during active PSPS events. Locations, hours of operation, and available services vary by event.
