Due to COVID-19 support group will be held thru zoom meetings. If individuals are interested in joining the zoom meetings, please call Bonnie at 860-930-2446.

Support group provides patient support, education, and encouragement to persons with Lyme disease and associated tick borne disorders. Persons with Lyme disease, their family members and friends are encouraged to attend.  Support group meets on the first and third Saturday of the month from 10-11:30am at the Windsor Caring Connection.
