Oral Health Outreach and Education helps kids have healthy teeth provides dental health education about proper dental hygiene to reduce childhood cavities. 

Our services include:

• All Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal eligible individuals receive oral health education and care coordination.
• Drive-through fluoride varnish events. We help prevent cavities by providing fluoride varnish application, Head Start screening, oral health education, and dental care-coordination.
• Women, Infants & Children (WIC). We partner with Fresno EOC Women, Infants & Children (WIC) sites to provide direct services including oral health education, care coordination, and fluoride varnish application at sites where families already are.
• School-Based Sealant Program. We provide education, care coordination, completion of required Kindergarten Oral Health Assessment, application of fluoride varnish, and dental sealants on school campuses.
  The School-Based Sealant Program provides the opportunity for children who have a signed consent and proof of Medi-Cal insurance to receive dental sealants at school sites.
• Offers assistance coordinating dental appointments.
