Description
CONSUMER SUPPORT FUNDS: Provides financial assistance to consumers of the Public Mental Health Systems maintain or access community placement. Assistance is provided one time every 12 months with rental assistance, security deposit, first month rent, utility bills including turn on and/or deposits. Also offers laboratory assistance funds for uninsured consumers of PMHS for blood tests that are needed to monitor psychiatric medications and prescription assistance for the uninsured for psychiatric medications.
