Provides loans and grants to make major repairs to homes. The homeowner supplies the labor. The program supplies materials and technical guidance. Services include but are not limited to:
- Roofing (only to designated rural areas. 2 year wait list. Please call 530-378-6900 and speak to Frank if interested)
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Interior and exterior repairs or improvements
- Remodeling to accommodate people with disabilities.
