Description
The Low Income Assistance Cremation Program provides services for families who may find themselves financially unable to cover costs related to the final disposition of their loved one.
Nevada County offers cremation for individuals with little or no income or resources. To qualify, both the decedent and the person(s) legally responsible for the disposition of the remains must be qualified as low income.
