Program Delivery
Eligibility: Must be young adult ages 18-24 who are:

-experiencing a mental health crisis

-are not connected to services

-not getting the support they need

-homeless or at risk of homelessness



HEAT helps people (ages 18+) who are experiencing homelessness and have severe and persistent mental illness, who are not getting the support they need.



LIFT helps justice-involved individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis, who are not getting the support they need, and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.



Referrals for Circa60 go through Alameda County Behavioral Health ACCESS
