Eligibility: Adults 18-59 years old
Must be a resident of Riverside County
Must meet medical necessity criteria and be indigent or receive Medi-Cal
Outreach to homeless mentally ill individuals, housing assistance and intensive case management are also available through the Full Service Partnership Programs (FSPs).  Must have referral from Mental Health Clinic for housing assistance.
