Eligibility:	Must be a legal US resident 14-20 years of age Must be enrolled or graduated from high school Must maintain a 2.0 or "C" average in school or better Must be of good moral habits and character with no arrest or conviction record Must pass an oral interview Must be in good health No pending misdemeanor or felony court cases If under 18 years of age, must have parental approval which includes signatures by the explorer and their parents or guardians on a general liability release form
