Eligibility:

Parents and guardians are responsible to supervise their children.
Surfaces are slippery, enter at your own risk.
No running, pushing, or climbing.
No towels, toys, sand, bikes, or roller-skates.
Water diapers are required for children who are not fully toilet trained.
No food or drink, gum, or glass is allowed.
Proper swim attire must be worn to participate. Regular street clothes are not allowed.
Children under the age of 12 years should be supervised by an adult or guardian.
The City reserves the right to prohibit anyone from using the Splash Pad at any-time, for any-reason, if it is determined to be in the best interest
No lifeguard on duty.
