Description
With Connecticut implementing online gambling in the State, a self-exclusion option allows a person to request to be excluded from legalized gaming activities in Connecticut. Individuals who enroll in self-exclusion are prohibited from collecting any winnings, recovering any losses or accepting complimentary gifts or services from a licensee or operator. Operators may choose to exclude participants in the Connecticut Self-Exclusion list from their services in other states or countries. For more information on the law and regulations establishing the Connecticut Gaming Self-Exclusion program, see Connecticut Public Act 21-23, as well as the Emergency Regulation concerning online casino gaming, retail and online sports wagering, fantasy contests, Keno and online sale of lottery tickets.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Person wanting to request to be excluded from legalized gaming activities in Connecticut; Individuals will need to agree to several terms when signing up for the list; These terms are fully explained in the Connecticut Gaming Self-Exclusion Terms and Conditions, found on the program website
Application Process: Individuals can only be removed from the self-exclusion list once reached the end of the selected 1 or 5 year exclusion period; If lifetime option is selected for self-exclusion, individuals will not be able to removed from the list
