Program Delivery
Eligibility: Those who have a complaint against a Local Child Support Agency (LCSA) for any action or inaction, and all the following apply:
1. The person's request for complaint resolution was made within 90 days from the date they knew or should have known about the subject of their complaint.
2. The person has already spoken to a Customer Service Representative, a caseworker, or a supervisor.
3. The person is not satisfied with the results.
Languages: Website translation available, translation services available for multiple languages, American Sign Language Interpreter available on request, English
Application Process: Call or email the Ombudsperson Unit.
Individuals may also make a complaint in writing by completing and submitting a Request for Complaint Resolution Form, or by calling the Local Child Support Agency directly.
