Provides first-time moms with their very own free personal nurse for support, advice, and information during pregnancy and through the child's second birthday.

The program provides new moms with the confidence and tools needed to assure a healthy start for their babies, and to envision a life of stability and opportunities for success, for both mom and child.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Must be a first-time mom (pregnant 28 weeks or less) and a Stanislaus County resident. There is also an income eligibility requirement, but if you qualify for WIC you qualify for NFP. Adults Females
Languages: Farsi, Spanish, Urdu, English
