JACQUES INITIATIVE:

  • Provides testing, prevention, education and linkages to supportive services for HIV and Hepatitis C. Offers HIV treatment at the clinic. Works with the THRIVE program in the treatment of HIV and other infectious diseases, as well PrEP & PEP prevention services. Provides free at home HIV test kits and HIV personalized prevention kits and condoms. LGBTQ+ Affirming. Offers gender affirming care and sexual health education.
  • Provides overdose prevention education and training on how to use Narcan (Naloxone). Distributes free Naloxone, fentanyl and xylazine strips.
  • Offers smoking cessation support, evaluation and treatment for alcohol use/cravings, stimulant use disorder care (including cocaine and methamphetamine), and wound care. Provides Suboxone (Buprenorphine) treatment for opioid use disorder, including med starts.
