Provides weatherization services for qualified low-income households in Shasta and Tehama County. Services include the following:

Water heater blanket
Low flow showerhead
Door weather-stripping
Attic insulation
Caulking
Duct testing/sealing
Refrigerator replacement
Minor home repair
Energy education

Also offers a heating and cooling repair assistance program. Provides help with repairing or replacing faulty heating and/or air conditioning equipment.
