INFECTIOUS DISEASES: Offers free HIV testing in clinic and community. Provides referrals to care and partner notification for persons who test positive for syphilis or HIV. Provides case management to people who have a diagnosis of HIV or AIDS, including services like assistance for transportation, nutritional supplements, medical insurance or prescription coverage. Provides PrEP services, appointments, and/or linkage to services. Makes referrals to Hepatitis C treatment services. Screens and tests for Tuberculosis.
