* Address new and distressing symptoms of mental health in their early stages for young people, it offers opportunities to help prevent progression to more serious conditions.

* Helps young people to identify, monitor, and manage changes in behavior and mental health. Can include:

  • Individual therapy.
  • Group therapy.
  • Problem solving.
  • Social Skills training.
  • Goal planning.
  • Safety planning.
  • Psycho-education.
  • Relapse prevention.
  • Treatment for substance use.
  • Involvement of the family.
  • Medication as needed.
  • Assistance with difficulties in school or at work.
  • Other interventions as needed, including sleep, nutrition, and excercise.
