The Assistant Dog Special Allowance (ADSA) program provides a monthly payment of $50 to eligible individuals who use a guide, signal, or service dog to help them with their disability-related needs. The allowance is to help pay the costs of food, grooming, and health care for the dog.

Must be receiving benefits from one or more of these programs:
-Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
-State Supplementary Payment (SSP)
-In-Home Support Services (IHSS)
-Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI)
-Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)
Languages: American Sign Language Interpreter available on request, Spanish, English
