Access point to vital services, resources and emergency needs, including laundry services, access to showers and hygiene items, and locker storage to keep items safe while using the services. Laundry, showers, and lockers usage are based on permit approval (client's must show ties to the City of Ontario).

This program provides:


- Access to showers (upon permit approval)
- Daily Locker Storage (upon permit approval)
- Emergency Case Management
- Bus Passes (based on availability)
- ID Assistance

- Food and Hygiene Donations
- Resource and housing referrals

Permits may be required to access certain services. Please contact the center to inquire about eligibility for certain services.

Application Process: Appointments preferred, walk-ins accepted

Documents Required: Must provide proof of ties to Ontario for bus passes
