Coordinated Access System Phone Line: Seven days a week, 24-hours

Eligibility: Chronically homeless single adults and transitional-age youth with children.

Application Process: Entry into Step Up Sacramento is through the Coordinated Access System (CAS). Individuals who are literally homeless can call 211 Sacramento to complete a Housing Conversation Tool (formerly known as the VI-SPDAT), which will be entered into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Sacramento Steps Forward will match assessed households to available housing opportunities within the Continuum of Care.
