Ensures all front-line obstetric and primary care providers (PCPs) have access to real-time perinatal psychiatric consultation and resource support for their pregnant and postpartum patients presenting with mental health and/or substance use concerns, regardless of insurance. Telephonic care coordination is also available after the provider contacts the program.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Connecticut obstetric and primary care, any medical providers who treats pregnant and postpartum women struggling with mental health and/or substance use concerns, needing assistance with diagnostic clarification, psychopharmacology and counseling recommendations and resource and referral support
Application Process: Connecticut obstetric and primary care providers interested in joining the ACCESS Mental Health and Substance Use for Moms program, complete the interest form found on the website, or call 833-978-MOMS (6667) directly and someone can guide providers through the process
