Quest House is a structured 30 to 90 day residential Substance Use Disorder treatment facility. The program is a “live-in facility” with a focus on assisting individuals who are serious about recovery and living a sober lifestyle. Quest House provides intensive substance Use Disorder programming and requires all residents to participate in daily groups and activities. Length of stay is based on the individuals needs with reassessment occurring every 30 days.

Eligibility: To be eligible the person must:

Have Medi-Cal or Medicare

Be a resident of Fresno County

Meet medical necessity for Residential Substance Use Treatment
Languages: English
Application Process: Referrals accepted from probation, Department of Behavioral Health, Parole (through STOP program), and self-referrals. Call Quest House and schedule an appointment for screening with our intake specialist.
