Provides support groups for individuals struggling. Provides the following support groups:

  • Seeking Safety Group: Support group for individuals with co-occurring disorders (substance/alcohol use and mental health).

    • Thursdays, 10:30am-11:50am

  • Speaking of Suicide (SOS) Group: Peer-led, non-therapeutic support group for individuals who have lost someone to suicide, struggled with thoughts of suicide, or survived a suicide attempt.

    • Wednesdays, 6pm-7:30pm.
