Kings View’s ECM program provides comprehensive, person-centered care for Medi-Cal members with complex physical, behavioral, and social needs. We connect individuals to housing support, primary care, mental health and substance use services, and community resources. Our focus includes those experiencing or at risk of homelessness, serious mental illness, substance use, frequent ER visits, high-risk pregnancies, or recent institutional discharge. The program aims to improve long-term health outcomes and stability through proactive, coordinated support.
