Eligibility:	Home must be owner occupied, and name must be on mortgage loan or deed in case of tax delinquency.

Languages:	Make language request during appointment., American Sign Language, Spanish
Application Process:	By appointment only, call to make appointment.

Program Fees:	No fee for services.
Documents Required:	ID, proof of income, Mortagage statement.
