• Residential Rental Inspection
• Hotel/Motel Permitting (Manager Application and Permit to Operate Application)
• Abandoned Vehicle Abatement
• Alarms Permit

Payoff Demand request to remove any recorded notices/liens from a property, as well as a balanced owed, fax Damand Request to 209-937-7264 or email to [email protected]. Requests can only be accepted from Property Owner, Title/Escrow Company, or Listing Agent (with a copy of listing agreement).
