Program assists low income persons to minimize energy related costs through home improvement measures. Program provides an energy assessment to help determine the need to be installed to make the dwelling more energy efficient. Typical measures may include Insulation, weatherization, electrical panel upgrades, heat pumps for heating and cooling and hot water.
