HEALTHCARE NAVIGATION: Assists income-qualifying children, pregnant women, and adults under 65 years old apply for Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and other state health insurance programs (Qualified Health Plans). Can assist with choosing a Managed Care Organization (MCO) and completing verifications.

ADMINISTRATIVE CARE COORDINATION UNIT (ACCU) & OMBUDSMAN: Provides education and outreach to providers, community agencies, and Medical Assistance recipients. Assists with care coordination, service access, complaint resolution, or other identified needs. Ombudsman advocates and helps resolve complex medical issues.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TRANSPORTATION: Provides shared ride service for non-emergency transportation to/from medical appointments for active Medicaid recipients who do not have access to public or private transportation.
