Program Delivery
Eligibility: Pregnant women, new mothers, nursing mothers and households with children up to five years old who meet income guidelines. Families already receiving some type of Social Service benefits (SNAP, Medical Assistance, Temporary Cash Assistance) are automatically eligible. Fathers/Grandparents/Kinship care/Foster parents caring for children up to five years old who meet income guidelines or child is receiving Medical Assistance, SNAP or Temporary Cash Assistance.
