Driver provides help to individuals with physical or mental disability who cannot get to appointments on their own. Utilizes specialized vehicles such as ambulance, litter van, wheelchair van, or air transport. Also provides mileage reimbursement to friends or family members. Call at least five business days before appointment. For urgent appointments, call as soon as possible.
