Program: Bay Area Legal Incubator (BALI)

Agency: ALAMEDA COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION

Description

For Attorney Training:

BALI helps attorneys build sustainable and impactful practices through practical business training, one-on-one coaching, accountability, and a supportive peer community designed to accelerate growth. Members receive support in both the practice and business of law, including access to modern legal technology and hands-on guidance (valued at approximately $35,000 annually).

Although BALI is located in Alameda County and is a program of the Alameda County Bar Association, attorneys are not required to limit their client base to Alameda County. BALI supports lawyers across practice areas who aim to reach underserved markets while building financially successful firms.

BALI is also a proven model for diversifying the legal profession and includes attorneys across all career stages, backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
