Program Delivery
Eligibility: Current or former foster youth or non-minor dependent aged 13 through 20 who was in foster care in the state of California at any time on or after their 13th birthday.
Languages: English
Application Process: Apply online.


1. If you are a minor foster youth, ask your caregiver or caseworker to help you apply. Your caregiver or caseworker must co-sign your enrollment application with you.
2. If you are a non-minor in extended foster care, you can apply on your own, or your caseworker may apply on your behalf.
3. All applications are subject to county approval.

Documents Required: If you have any of the documents listed below, you may choose to upload them with your application. Uploading documents is optional - you can still apply even if you don't have them. Your application will be sent to your county to confirm your eligibility. If there are unexpected delays, uploading one of these documents may help speed up the approval process.
