Provides Baltimore City residents, small business owners, and community partners with tools and support to help transform and advance public safety across Baltimore neighborhoods.

This program is a 12-week, paid, in-person leadership course which aims to support engaged residents and emerging leaders, the first session is beginning in Baltimore's Northern District. This program is focused on building practical skills in community development, violence prevention, environmental design, and neighborhood improvement, equipping participants to lead sustainable, community-driven solutions in their neighborhoods.
