Description
Agency on Aging Area 4 (AAA4) provides planning, funding, and coordination of services for adults age 60 and older, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers in Yuba County through the Area 4 Agency on Aging (AAA). Oversees and supports a network of community-based programs that promote independence, health, and quality of life. Services include information and referral, nutrition programs, caregiver support, transportation assistance, legal services, and long-term care options counseling through the Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC).
Aging & Disability Resource Connection (ADRC)
AAA4 is a partner in the Aging & Disability Resource Connection (ADRC). The Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) is a collaboration between government agencies and community organizations. Its purpose is to provide a single system for people seeking reliable information about and access to Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) for older adults, people with disabilities, caregivers, veterans, and families.
