The DHCS Licensing and Certification Portal accepts applications for numerous program and application types for DHCS-administered substance use disorder (SUD) licensing and certification and mental health licensing and certification. Service providers can submit initial, level of care designation, amendment, and renewal applications for licensed and/or certified programs. Resources and training opportunities are available free of charge to counties and eligible providers.
