Eligibility:
|
Families with at least one child age 12 or younger, or a late-term pregnant individual. At least one household member must have SMI or SUD.
- Living outside, in a car, or in places not intended for safe or stable living
- Staying in emergency or interim housing
- Fleeing domestic violence or other serious safety threats
Households must include:
- At least 1 adult caring for the child(ren)
- At least 1 child (ages 0–12)
- Up to 6 people per household; larger households may be accommodated across 2 units
- Families of 6 - will require 2 adults
