Description

MOVE MOBILE: Provides free community resources throughout Frederick County in a former ambulance that has been redesigned and equipped with iPads, Wi-Fi, and mobile scanning capabilities. Services offered include:

  • Health screenings for blood pressure, A1C, cognitive health;
  • Vision and hearing screenings;
  • Application assistance for programs like Meals on Wheels, financial help, and Medicare guidance;
  • Information on energy assistance and home repair programs;
  • Support for veterans, families, and people with disabilities;
  • Free meal and groceries.

Requests for reasonable accommodations should be made (email, phone, or 711) at least three business days prior to the event.
