INFORMATION AND REFERRAL: Offers information and referrals for Seniors (ages 55+), adults with disabilities (ages 18+), their families, and their caregivers. Provides telephone screenings for in-home care referrals. Provides financial screenings for benefit assistance. Directs individuals to the Senior Housing Resources and Apartment Listings, but does not help with finding housing.

NOTE: Does not assist with applications.
