 Description

CAREGIVER SUPPORT: Offers information, referral, education, and support services to caregivers who:

  • assist individuals ages 60+ and caregivers who assist someone with early onset dementia. These caregivers do not have to be related by blood or marriage. 
  • are ages 55+ and caring for a relative that is under the age of 18, but they are not the child's natural or adoptive parents.
  • are ages 55+ and caring for an adult relative with a disability who is between the ages of 19-59 years old.
