Crisis Services:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, Walk-in services available

Navigation Center:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, Navigation only serves individuals 18 years and up

Wellness Center:
Mondays and Wednesdays, 10 am - 3 pm

Eligibility: Yolo County adults and children who have Medi-Cal.

Application Process: Call to make an appointment.

Intake process:
Yolo County will conduct a screening to determine the most appropriate level of care, in order to connect clients with the appropriate resource for their needs.

Once the screening is complete, intake personnel will refer the caller to an appropriate provider in Yolo county. They will then connect the client with the provider via a 3-way call, or ensure they have a way to connect with the provider to schedule an assessment with the program.

If a client does not have Medi-Cal and has a private insurance, they need to contact their private insurance to ask for a screening/referral to treatment.

Walk-in services available at certain locations.
